As your guests arrive for their exciting Race Night they will be met by our Clerk of the Course who will guide them over the turf into their private box.

The dining tables are dressed with thrilling table centres, perhaps horse shoes, racing silk colours or mini bales of hay, and if you like we can have an eye catching bespoke ice sculpture made within the party theme with logo and text of your choice.

A Race Night is a thrilling way to stimulate your guests into having enormous fun and encourage them to work in teams.

We will supply you with form, racing cards, betting slips, fun money, tote, compére for the evening and of course films of the races in sealed envelopes. We can colour co-ordinate our Tote Girls and Room Dressing with your Corporate Colours.

None of our Race Night Packages are off the shelf; we will put together a bespoke especially for your evening, taking into account your brief, budget and size of function.

If you are throwing your theme party to raise funds for charity, then your guests may make their wagers with real money and on your behalf we can keep a percentage of the winnings to go towards your aid organisation(s).
